The 100 Reps Challenge

Perform 100 reps of the following 5 exercises this week:

100 Squats

100 push ups

100 crunches

100 burpees

100 arm exercises (??)

(throw in another challenge a big curve ball) how about lose 3 lbs or 3 ” measurements

PLUS 500 minutes of cardio
